Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All products in the Jara Ward Store are print-on-demand (POD) and made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary by product and supplier. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after fulfillment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Because we use different print partners and suppliers, items in your order may be shipped separately and arrive in more than one package. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply as noted on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your items have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building management. We cannot refund or replace items lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at management@jaraward.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with our print partner to replace the item at no cost to you.
